Baiju Bhatt is the Chief Creative Officer and Co-Founder of Robinhood Markets. In 2013, Baiju co-founded Robinhood with Vlad Tenev to democratize investing. Before Robinhood, Baiju started two finance companies in New York City and earned his B.S. in Physics and M.S. in Mathematics at Stanford University. Baiju has been recognized on the Fortune 40 under 40 list. He is the son of Indian immigrants and grew up in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.
Kelly Dill is a Partner at Imaginary Ventures where she manages the pipeline and diligence process for new investments in addition to being a resource and board member for portfolio companies after an investment is made. Prior to starting at Imaginary, Ms. Dill led Strategic Finance at Glossier in New York City. Before working at Glossier, Ms. Dill worked in Strategic Finance at Uber in San Francisco. In addition, she previously spent time in M&A at Credit Suisse. Kelly has a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
Mark Galant (McIntire ’80) has had a 35 year career on Wall Street which includes Global Head of Options for Credit Suisse. He is the Founder of GAIN Capital Group/FOREX.com, an industry-leading online trading firm. Mark served as CEO at GAIN from its beginning in 1999 until 2007. Galant continued as Chairman until December 2010, when the firm went public on the New York Stock Exchange. He followed GAIN with the founding of Tydall Trading, a high-frequency algorithmic trading firm, trading over $10 Billion a day. He currently is the CEO of Tydall Investment Partners, a currency trading, real estate development and start-up investment firm. Mark holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
Gary Hromadko is a private investor focused on communications software and infrastructure companies. His prior professional affiliations include vice president at Dodge & Cox, a public market investment firm (1979-1983), partner at Robertson, Stephens & Company, a technology oriented investment bank (1983-1988); partner at Merrill Pickard Anderson & Eyre, a technology venture capital firm (1989-1992); and venture partner at Crosslink Capital, an investment firm active in public and private technology companies (2002-2017). He has invested independently in early stage technology companies since 1992. He is presently on the board of directors of Equinix (NASDAQ: EQIX) and American Giant; and an investor in Molekule. Mr. Hromadko holds a B.A. from Carleton College; and an M.A. in English Literature and M.B.A. from the University of Virginia.
Paul Jones is founder, Co-Chairman, Chief Investment Officer, and controlling principal of Tudor Investment Corporation, which he formed in 1980. Paul is a portfolio manager focusing on discretionary macro trading and is the principal risk taker for Tudor’s flagship client strategy. Paul served as a member of the New York Fed Investor Advisory Committee on Financial Markets as well as the Treasury Borrowing Advisory Committee of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association. He was Chairman of the New York Cotton Exchange and was instrumental in the creation of its Financial Instrument Exchange (FINEX) and the US dollar index futures contract. His philanthropic service includes founding and serving as former Chairman and current board member of the Robin Hood Foundation, Chairman of JUST Capital Foundation Inc., as well as current advisory, chairman, director, and trustee roles with a number of not-for-profit, charitable organizations. Paul holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia (1976) and an honorary doctorate for his achievements in business and philanthropy from the University of Glasgow (2014).
